Required Skills

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in backend development
• Strong knowledge of Node.js, Laravel, PHP, and modern backend architecture
• Experience in designing and developing REST APIs for web and mobile applications
• Good understanding of real-time features such as live updates, notifications, tracking, chat, or activity monitoring
• Strong database knowledge with MySQL, MongoDB, query optimization, and data relationships
• Experience with authentication, authorization, role-based access, and secure API development
• Familiarity with Redis, queues, cron jobs, background jobs, and server-side performance optimization
• Basic understanding of cloud deployment, hosting environments, and version control workflows

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend systems for web, mobile, and enterprise applications
• Create clean, secure, and well-structured APIs for frontend and mobile teams
• Build real-time features such as live tracking, notifications, dashboards, and activity updates
• Plan database structures, optimize queries, and maintain data accuracy
• Implement authentication, authorization, permissions, and secure business workflows
• Collaborate with frontend developers, mobile developers, UI/UX designers, and project managers
• Review code, guide junior backend developers, and maintain development best practices
• Support deployment, debugging, performance improvements, and post-launch enhancements
